Mark Rusciolelli, founder and owner of Mountain Pride Cleaning and Restoration, Inc., is second generation in the industry. He first began his experience in 1978, working for his father's professional carpet cleaning and restoration business in Springfield, Illinois. Furthering his career in the industry, he underwent extensive educational training in the field insuring that he met the highest standards in the restoration of property damaged by fire, smoke, water, vandalism and other disasters. This training resulted in Mark receiving his certification as a Certified Restorer, in which there are only 390 others certified in the world. He and his staff continue to attend cleaning and restoration workshops, seminars and conferences as part of their effort to maintain their highest quality and service for their customers.
