For over 20 years Mountain Pride has specialized in steam cleaning with a hot water extraction process from a truck-mounted machine. We take the utmost care in this process and pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality to our clients.

Our cleaning technicians will do a thorough inspection of the area(s) to be cleaned and address any issues or concerns you may have. We will discuss soiling condition and any possible permanent staining. Our technicians will always provide you will an estimate prior to cleaning.

All spots & stains are pretreated before cleaning; this will assist in the removal of even the toughest spots. Keep in mind that some stains are permanent. Our technicians will discuss additional options if this is the case

Cleaning solution is applied to the carpet with 400 pounds of pressure and gently raked into the carpet. This allows the solution to break up imbedded dirt and soil.

Our technicians will then use our truck–mounted hot water extraction process to thoroughly extract & rinse the carpet fibers. We monitor the balance of pressure and heat through every step of the cleaning process to ensure a quality end result.

Once the carpet has been cleaned, furniture will now be moved back to its original location and set on Styrofoam blocks. This allows air to circulate underneath while eliminating the worry of damage to the carpet with a furniture stain.

Our technicians will do a final walk through of the residence and gently “rake” the carpet fibers to ensure a soft drying finish. ScotchGard ™ Fabric Protector will be applied at this time if elected. All work is thoroughly inspected and all items in place. If stubborn, some spots may need extra attention after the cleaning process and may need to be post-treated.
